Common questions

A verdict looks wrong

Gluten data comes from Open Food Facts and can be incomplete. Please always read the packaging. If you can, email us the barcode and a photo of the ingredient list and we'll look into it.

Managing your subscription

Gluglu Pro is billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap "Manage subscription" inside the app.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled or switched devices, open the app's paywall and tap "Restore purchases".

Delete your account / data

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. This wipes your local data. To remove community content you posted, email us.

Add or fix a place

Use the "Add a place" button on the map, or email us the details.
